Order Processing
Current order processing can take up to 3 days for all in stock items, and 10-14 days for all items built to fulfillment.
Pick up at our location is typically available next day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping loss and Damages
Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products. All tubs will be photo documented before shipping. Before receiving your product from a shipping company, the customer is responsible for inspecting it for shipping related damages. If the tub has been damaged in shipment, the customer must refuse the delivery and the product will be replaced.
Email photos of the damaged product at the pick up location to info@woodburnhottubs.com, and call us to discuss.
We'll work with the shipping company to ensure it's returned to us and a replacement product sent out as soon as possible.
