Stove Warranty
Our stoves are considered to be a wearing item, and a replaceable component of our tub packages. The tub water level must be 6 inches above the stove pipe base to maintain proper cooling of the chimney. The product warranty does not cover failure due to improper water level in the tub. Cracking, warping and material failure of the stove will occur if the stove is not properly submerged when fired. The product warranty coverage is solely for replacement or in house credit.
Finishes Warranty
Cedar wood finishes are considered to be replaceable naturally wearing and aging components that should not degrade for ten years or longer in typical use. The nature of wood is that care and maintenance will extend its lifespan. Woodburn Hot Tubs will warranty its wood based products for a term of 10 years for failure outside of reasonable wear and tear. Negligence, misuse, or failure to maintain and care for the product will not be covered. Warranty coverage is solely for replacement or in house credit.
